Information we collect
When you make or begin a purchase, Stripe may collect your name, email address, billing information, payment-method information, device information, and transaction details. ForeclosureEase receives limited order information needed to fulfill the purchase, including the checkout email, selected state edition, whether the AI Companion was purchased, amount, currency, payment status, Stripe checkout-session identifier, and related transaction identifiers.
Our delivery system records when secure links are issued, their expiration, remaining download counts, and the time of each completed download. If you contact support, we receive the information in your message and related correspondence. Website and hosting systems may also create routine security and server logs, such as an IP address, browser information, request time, and requested page.
How we use information
We use information to process and verify payments; deliver the correct state edition and any purchased AI Companion; secure and limit download links; evaluate refund eligibility; respond to support requests; detect fraud, abuse, and technical problems; maintain business and tax records; enforce purchase terms; and comply with legal obligations.
Case documents and third-party AI services
The AI Companion is a downloadable package, not an AI service hosted by ForeclosureEase. ForeclosureEase does not receive the foreclosure papers you upload directly to Codex, ChatGPT, Claude, or another third-party AI workspace unless you separately send those documents to customer support. The chosen AI provider processes uploaded files under its own terms, privacy policy, retention settings, and account controls. Review those settings and redact unnecessary sensitive information before uploading case documents.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payments and may use transaction and device data for payment processing, authentication, fraud prevention, security, analytics, and legal compliance under its own privacy terms. ForeclosureEase does not directly receive or store your full card number.
Netlify hosts the website, serverless delivery functions, and private file and order storage. These providers process information as needed to provide their services, protect their systems, and comply with law. Their practices are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Local storage, cookies, and analytics
The ForeclosureEase website stores your light-or-dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. The current site does not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics. Stripe and infrastructure providers may use cookies or similar technologies on their services for checkout, security, fraud prevention, and essential operation.
How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be disclosed to service providers that operate the website, payments, storage, security, and support; to professional advisers when necessary; to investigate fraud or enforce rights; or when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request.
Retention and security
Order, delivery, support, and transaction records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, refunds, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention periods can differ depending on the record and applicable requirements.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including payment processing by Stripe, private file storage, signed webhook verification, expiring download links, limited download counts, restricted public access, and encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information maintained directly by ForeclosureEase by emailing info@21cdvgroup.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information required for transactions, security, disputes, taxes, or other legal obligations. Requests concerning information controlled directly by Stripe should be submitted through Stripe’s privacy channels.
Children’s privacy
The website and products are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
